The Boeing Company is seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the Software Engineering Human Resources Organization partnering with the Boeing Global Services Software leadership team and the Boeing Research & Technology / AvionX / Disruptive Computing Networks & Sensors Software leadership team. This position can in Seattle, WA or Berkeley, MO.
The Senior HRBP will partner with the Software organizations and will work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, drive talent development, and support a high-performance culture in this cutting-edge space. You will play a key role in workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, and employee engagement—ensuring that Software talent is supported and empowered to drive innovation.
In addition to the HRBP responsibilities, you will also drive strategic people priorities and projects across the Software Engineering function, ensuring seamless execution of key initiatives and enhancing operational excellence. You will drive alignment between Software Engineering leadership and HR on enterprise-wide priorities, strategic planning, and key deliverables. You will also lead priority projects including performance enablement and performance solutions enhancing strategic awareness and communication, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across teams.
