Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Human Resources (HR) is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support the Total Quality function in Renton, WA!
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic HR team at Boeing. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
  • 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
  • 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
  • 3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Human Resources certification(s)
  • 3+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role
  • 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and data analysis skills, including thorough ability to utilize and understand various HR tools and systems
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in crafting executive-level presentations with PowerPoint and utilizing Excel for advanced data analysis, reporting, and effective communication of insights
  • Experience with manufacturing
  • Experience with hourly and union workforce
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Quality executives and their senior leadership teams to deliver integrated HR initiatives and solutions
  • Provide consultation and coaching to employees at all levels (executive to non-management) on HR practices and processes
  • Collaborate with leaders/employees to drive the development of people strategies for union and non-union teammates, action plans and metrics to assess progress/impact
  • Partner with business leaders, Ethics, Legal, Corporate Investigations to resolve workplace concerns, support the development and delivery of corrective actions, performance improvement and development plans
  • Utilize conflict resolution techniques and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
  • Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes such performance management; annual compensation review, organization design; talent planning; culture initiatives, change management and workforce planning
  • Contribute to the development of a culture where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
  • Utilize HR metrics and people analytics for informed decision-making, drive solutions, leveraging Tableau and Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Support site activities at Puget Sound locations as needed
