JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Human Resource Business Partner for field operations is a strategic advisor to the organization, providing guidance to field leaders across the country on a wide range of human resource topics. Developing partnerships across with field leaders to deliver value-added services that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The SR. HRBP will have a strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures, as well as a thorough understanding of payroll, benefits, and labor regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders in our field operations across the United States.
  • Develop, manage and lead various HR initiatives and projects to add organizational value.
  • Analyze HR data and use it to develop strategies and plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate employee relations, investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and deliver training and development programs.
  • Perform administration of Family Leave administration (FMLA) to include responding to all requests for leave, monitoring status of employees on leave, and communicating conclusion of leave.
  • Maintains compliance with OSHA reporting and worker’s compensation.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and advise to all levels of leadership.
