We have two new roles available: 12-Month Maximum Term - Full Time (1 FTE) Permanent - Part Time (0.6 FTE) These roles are instrumental in helping us to shape the future of people and culture at the Port and will focus on promoting a culture of fairness, inclusion and continuous improvement. Role Highlights Reporting into the Manager People & Performance, you will be strategic partner to Leadership teams at Fremantle Ports and ensure alignment between division operations and People & Performance goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop relationships with Leadership teams to support implementation of P&C goals and activities. Lead change management activities. Provide expert advice and support for ER matters and case management. Support embedding performance management practices. Support the development and implementation of P&C frameworks, including remuneration frameworks & organisation design activities. Partner with our Organisational Development team to deliver leadership accountability and capability programs. What Makes You a Great Fit We are looking for HR Professionals who can demonstrate experience as a senior HR generalist. You will be able to bring your skills and knowledge to this role and support a high performing team to deliver P&C support across the Port. You will also demonstrate your experience in understanding multiple EA’s and employment law frameworks to apply to complex ER matters to effectively manage outcomes, supporting employee engagement, talent management and performance management initiatives and ability to work at both strategic and operational levels to provided focused advice with an ability to coach and build capabilities.
