As a trusted partner to senior leaders, you will influence and drive initiatives that enhance organisational performance, strengthen leadership capability, and embed a culture of fairness, inclusion, and continuous improvement across the business. Reporting to the Manager People & Performance, you will work closely with leadership teams to align People & Culture strategy with operational priorities. You will provide expert guidance across employee relations, change management, and organisational development, while leading key initiatives, supporting complex people matters, and contributing to frameworks that enable our people and organisation to thrive. Key responsibilities include: * Building strong, trusted relationships with leadership teams to deliver People & Culture priorities * Leading and supporting change initiatives that improve organisational effectiveness * Providing expert advice across employee relations, including complex case management * Embedding high-performance practices and strengthening accountability across teams * Supporting the design and implementation of key frameworks, including remuneration and organisational design * Partnering with Organisational Development to uplift leadership capability and drive performance outcomes    What Makes You a Great Fit You will be a HR Professional who can demonstrate experience as a senior HR generalist. You will be able to bring your skills and knowledge to this role and support a high performing team to deliver P&C support across the Port.  You will also demonstrate your experience in understanding multiple EA’s and employment law frameworks to apply to complex ER matters to effectively manage outcomes, supporting employee engagement, talent management and performance management initiatives and ability to work at both strategic and operational levels to provide focused advice with an ability to coach and build capabilities.
