Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team. This role is pivotal in assisting HR strategy with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving talent initiatives that support growth and operational excellence within assigned client groups.
As a trusted advisor to leadership, you will provide strategic HR guidance, champion people-focused initiatives, and drive organizational effectiveness to our Commercial Lines business. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with an understanding of HR consulting, workforce trends and employee engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role.
  • Experience in an HR model with shared service center and center of excellence.
  • Knowledge of the brokerage, financial services, or insurance industries is a plus.
  • Experience in talent management, workforce planning, and culture initiatives.
  • Experience with performance management and employee relations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use HR data for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills.
    The expected pay range for this position is $130,000 annually to $160,000 annually and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
