Role Highlights Reporting into the General Manager of People and Culture, you will be a trusted partner, providing guidance across workforce planning, organisational capability, performance, culture, and operational HR matters. You will promote a high‑performance, innovative and inclusive culture, embed sound performance management practices aligned with project milestones, and provide coaching to leaders navigating complex team dynamics. A key focus will be strengthening the employee experience for project‑based workforces and supporting engagement, wellbeing, capability uplift, and retention. You will collaborate closely with our P&C Centres of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Organisational Development, Employee Services and Industrial Relations, to deliver integrated people solutions that support efficient project delivery. What Makes You a Great Fit You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification with substantial experience in HR business partnering across the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, organisational design, performance management, talent and succession planning and change management, ideally within complex, large infrastructure, or project-based environments. Strong communication skills, and the ability to influence and navigate ambiguity are essential for your success in this role. Experience with site‑based workforces, unionised environments will be highly regarded.
