POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a driven, continuous learner, and relationship-focused Senior Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a key partner to a designated Business Unit(s). The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for supporting designated business units to develop and implement talent solutions that support business strategies and operational plans.
This ideal partner is comfortable in a fast-paced work environment, ready to bring their creative energy and HR expertise to support a scaling business and navigates ambiguity. This individual operates strategically to provide both day to day support to employees and leaders and serves as a coach and consultant in creating, driving, and supporting longer term talent, development, and cultural strategies.
