Responsibilities

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner plays a key role delivering people focused outcomes to support business goals while also supporting rewarding careers for our people. This role provides an opportunity to enhance your existing HR capability and utilise your partnering skills to provide high level HR advice across a diverse range of people and culture matters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering effective people outcomes, with a strong focus on business partnering, employee relations, performance management, managing organisational change and building managers’ capabilities to lead an engaged, high performing and capable workforce. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will advise and coach managers on effective planning and management of people processes to implement and sustain organisational change activities and deliver capability-based workforce strategies.
