PTW is hiring aSenior Human Resources Business Partner?to join our team in Rockyview County!The Senior Human Resources Business Partnerserves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams, delivering proactive solutions that drive employee engagement, enhance productivity, and foster a high-performance culture.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on HR strategy, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SPHR) preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of employment standards, human rights legislation, and Alberta-specific employment law.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making in HR.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
