Remuneration: $109,857 - $129,624 per annum + superannuation + salary packaging options designed to reduce your taxable income and increase your take-home pay
THE ROLE:
The Senior Human Resources (HR) Consultant will provide timely expert advice on HR matters by partnering and consulting with leaders and employees to ensure a high-level HR service delivery across the Hospital. The positions leads and participates in high level and often complex negotiations with staff and employee associations in relation to industrial/employee relations matters.

DUTIES:
Partner with WH&S on safety matters.
Conduct complex workplace investigations.
Build and maintain effective business partnerships with Leaders and the Executive team.
Participate in the development, implementation and review of policies, procedures and programs for managers and employees.
Provide coaching and mentoring services to leaders to assist them in developing the competency and skills to effectively manage their own staffing accountabilities.
