Job Description We’re seeking an experienced Senior HR Coordinator to support our proactive HR team at Hail Creek Open Cut. This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with leaders and crews on site, driving people outcomes that keep our workforce safe, supported, and high performing. Reporting into the site HR Manager, you will be a self motivated, compliant and solution focused HR professional, that will drive continuous improvement initiatives and support change management efforts to align HR practices with evolving business needs. What you’ll be doing: Coordinating end-to-end HR support across site with employee relations, performance, and engagement. Ensuring compliance with workplace legislation, site enterprise agreements, and company policies. Driving initiatives in culture, retention, and workforce capability. Acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for employees on all people matters. Leading a team of HR Coordinators, HR officers and HR Administrator. What we’re looking for: Proven HR experience in mining, resources, or heavy industry. Strong knowledge of Fair Work, IR/ER frameworks, and Enterprise agreements.
