An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic and successful team on site. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager and leading a team of HR professionals, this multifaceted role will see you executing the people strategy across our operations. This role is responsible for all aspects of payroll processing, compliance and reporting. The role ensures timely and accurate payroll operations, while supporting the HR functions including compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate combines technical payroll expertise with strong leadership and communication skills.
To be successful in this role, you are a savvy, results driven and resilient character with extensive post graduate experience and a passion for exceptional service delivery. You will be a highly organised, solutions focused professional who is responsive, intuitive, innovative, self-motivated and driven to achieve great outcomes.
