Responsibilities Provide one-stop quality human resources services to client departments of HK Property and International Business in relation to recruitment, benefits administration and staff case management Perform business partner role to provide professional advice to line managers on manpower resourcing and staff deployment for ensuring smooth implementation of change programmes Support policy formulation, review and implementation to ensure statutory compliance and corporate governance Prepare statistics and reports to facilitate management review and decision Undertake HR projects and transformation initiatives as assigned Requirements Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience Sound knowledge in Employment Ordinance and related legislations Excellent command of spoken and written English Good communication and problem solving skills as well as the ability to think proactively and work under tight schedule independently Experience in global mobilization is preferrable Remarks Appointment will be made on 2-year renewable contract Candidate with less experience will be considered for Human Resources Executive position Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
