Your responsibilities will include:

• • Taking a lead role in recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration initiatives to support ongoing business growth and organizational expansion;• Advising and coaching leaders on employee relations, performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution;• Supporting labour relations matters, including collective agreement interpretation and unionized workplace issues;• Providing guidance on HR policies, employment legislation, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions;• Building leadership capability through coaching, training, and practical HR guidance;• Supporting workplace accommodations, disability management, workers' compensation, and return-to-work plans;• Conducting property visits and supporting employee engagement, organizational change, and continuous improvement initiatives.
