Description

Position Summary The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for all full-cycle human resources functions, including, but not limited to: recruitment; new hire onboarding and orientation; credentialing; benefits administration, open enrollment, and reconciliation of invoices; reviewing and processing leaves; managing employee changs in the HRIS, employee relations, retention efforts, offboarding processes; report requests, including the completion of EEOC data; and employee appreciation events. Required Experience * Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field required. * Minimum of four (4) years of experience as Human Resources Generalist, preferably in a healthcare environment, with responsibility for: * ADP Workforce Now or other similar HRIS platform, * Benefits, including audits of records, * Leave processing, * Recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, * Employee relations, including investigations, * Regulatory reporting, and * Employee appreciation event management. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * Strongly preferred bilingual English/Spanish.
