JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of human capital management and will play a pivotal role in supporting our organizational goals through effective HR practices. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to manage various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.

EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Proven expertise in human capital management, talent management, and project management.
  • Familiarity with various HR software systems including Oracle HCM, Paychex, Dayforce, Kronos, UltiPro, Ceridian, Salesforce, and Paylocity.
  • Strong understanding of performance management processes and employee evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes.
  • Administrative experience in HR functions with a focus on data entry accuracy and conflict management.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee human resources management functions including talent acquisition, employee orientation, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, FMLA regulations, and OSHA standards.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts and facilitating effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Implement change management strategies to support organizational development and workforce management.
  • Administer benefits programs and ensure accurate HRIS data entry for payroll processing.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and support training & development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Collaborate on strategic planning efforts related to organization design and succession planning.
  • Utilize various ATS platforms such as Lever, Workday, or iCIMS for recruiting processes.
  • Maintain accurate data collection practices for reporting purposes and affirmative action planning.
