Boeing’s Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Human Resources (HR) organization currently seeks a Senior Human Resources Generalist - Strategy and Integration Lead to join the Total Quality HR team. Joining this team, you can look forward to a positive and rewarding work environment focused on enabling the business while having a bit of fun along the way! This role is based in Everett, WA or Renton, WA.
The Strategy & Integration lead is responsible for project management, service delivery and HR integration for BCA Total Quality. The role will utilize data analysis and insight to form longer term objectives and priorities delivering integrated and holistic solutions. Strategic understanding of the business and attention to detail are paramount to success in this role.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processe

Provide daily executive support to the HR Director of Total Quality to align, connect, and coordinate business and functional activitie

  • sCreate and drive an integrated concept of operations (ConOps) to integrate BCA, Total Quality, and HR operating rhythms delivering a cohesive People strateg
  • yCoordinate with peer BCA Strategy & Integration teammates to ensure alignment, share best practices and advocate for the needs of Total Qualit
  • yLead, support, execute key HR processes (e.g. Annual Compensation Review (ACR), succession planning, executive movement, etc.
