The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12+ years (UAE Experience) of progressive HR experience in the UAE, with a strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic HR Planning & Development:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Conduct HR needs assessments and develop talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
- Manage performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Lead the recruitment and selection process for all positions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive transition.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus plans, and employee benefits.
- Conduct salary surveys and ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Relations:
- Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflicts.
- Advise management on HR-related matters.

- Legal & Compliance:
