ABOUT KURUM GROUP

Kurum Group is a UAE-based consultancy firm specializing in business setup, corporate support services, real estate documentation, and government liaison (PRO) solutions. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to lead all human resources functions and help drive organizational growth.

JOB SUMMARY

This leadership role will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy development, payroll coordination, and compliance with UAE labor laws. A strong understanding of digital HR tools is essential. Familiarity with CRM-based HR platforms such as Zoho People or similar is considered an added advantage.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, payroll, and employee contracts
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle sensitive issues professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital HR systems
  • Experience with platforms like Zoho CRM or Zoho People is a plus
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are preferred
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, documentation, and offboarding
  • Lead employee engagement, performance management, and internal communication
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, leave tracking, and compliance with UAE labor regulations
  • Address employee concerns and support a positive work environment
  • Prepare regular HR reports and present data-driven recommendations to management
  • Develop training and career development programs
  • Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and staffing needs
  • Support external communication with PRO services and government entities when needed
