Our team enjoys a clean, growth-focused environment with a Monday through Friday schedule.   Position:                      Senior Human Resources Manager Reports To:                 Director of Finance, HR, and IT Status:                        Exempt Shift:                           Day Shift: Monday – Friday, flexible hours between 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Range:                             BASIC WORKER FUNCTION: The Senior Human Resources Manager oversees Human Resources to support company goals, compliance, and employee success.   GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF TASKS: * Leads the Human Resources team. * Develop Human Resources policies and programs aligned with company goals. * Ensure compliance with employment and financial regulations. * Oversee hiring, employee relations, performance, and training. * Advise leadership on workforce planning and financial health. * Work with department leaders to support business needs.   REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: * Knowledge of Human Resources and employment law * Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems. * Ability to analyze data and make sound decisions. * Ability to handle confidential information professionally.   QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or related field. * Master’s degree preferred. * 7–10+ years of HR and/or Finance experience, including leadership roles.   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Ability to sit for long periods working at a computer. * Ability to stand and walk around the office or plant as needed. * Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and electronically.
