  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications preferred).
  • 6+ years of HR experience in the UAE, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, payroll, and HR compliance practices.
  • Proven hands-on experience in payroll preparation, WPS submissions, leave management, and managing both blue- and white-collar staff.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Experience in construction, contracting, or interior fit-out industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function and support our diverse workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE labor law, employee relations, and HR best practices, with proven experience in payroll preparation, leave management, and managing both blue-collar and white-collar employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals and UAE labor law.
  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including preparation, verification, and timely disbursement of salaries in compliance with WPS and UAE regulations.
  • Administer and manage employee leave records, ensuring accuracy in leave balances, approvals, and compliance with UAE labor law.
  • Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for both blue-collar and white-collar staff.
  • Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies across all workforce levels.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decisions.
  • Advise senior management on organizational design, manpower planning, and succession planning.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with professionalism and fairness.
  • Ensure compliance with all government requirements (MOHRE, DMCC/DIFC, etc.).
  • Oversee training and development initiatives to upskill employees and strengthen leadership capabilities.
