The SR HR Manager will also act as a hands-on leader who has active involvement in day-to-day activities relating to employee relations, benefits & compensation, recruitment and training and development. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and assist in all aspects of HR programs and services that contribute to establishing and executing strategies and plans for a family of six companies. Partner strategically and tactically with hiring managers and other HR team members to execute on high-growth recruitment strategies, performance management and a variety of HR programs and services. Coach managers and provide input on employee relations and matters of corrective action. Consult with corporate leaders and branch managers on organizational structure, roles, responsibilities, and staffing levels. Coach and advise managers and supervisors at all levels, providing timely and constructive feedback to help develop and improve leadership effectiveness. Partner with leadership to maintain a work environment that keeps employees engaged and aligned to Company's success. Manage employee development strategy and allocation of resources, anticipate organizational business needs, and support employee professional growth opportunities. Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures and programs, ensuring consistent application while working with management to provide solutions that balance business and employee needs in compliance with company policy. Communicate, manage, and administer benefits and compensation plans. Work with leadership to develop and maintain development plans for key personnel. Maintains knowledge of Federal, State and Local law and regulations. Other duties as assigned Requirements Skills and Competencies: Ability to be onsite 5 days a week. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Thorough understanding of Federal and State labor and employment laws. Experience implementing, executing and leading high-growth recruitment strategies. Experience working with staff at all levels and experience in a multi-site environment. Experience managing the HR function for a shift environment strongly preferred. Available for travel to the site locations and events as needed. Qualifications: (Minimum & Preferred) Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Experience and/or Training: 7+ years Human Resources experience Licenses/Certificates: SHRM or HRCI Accreditation preferred Technology/Equipment: Experience working in an HRIS System, Paylocity preferred.
