About the Role
Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives on variety, collaboration, and delivering results? Eastern Guruma is seeking a passionate and driven Senior Human Resources Officer to join our high-performing HR team.
In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with our Executive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to deliver strategic HR projects that shape the future of our organisation. From policy development and system improvements to compliance initiatives and employee relations case management, you’ll be at the heart of impactful, business-critical work.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
Key Responsibilities
AS THE SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER, YOU WILL:
Lead and support strategic HR initiatives, including policy & procedure reviews, HR system implementations, and compliance projects.
Provide secondary support to HR Advisors, particularly on complex employee relations, disciplinary outcomes, and Fair Work matters.
Manage Head Office ER/IR issues and act as a point of escalation for sensitive cases.
Provide HR leadership and support in the absence of the Executive HRBP.
Ensure HR practices are compliant, aligned with business objectives, and communicated effectively across the organisation.
