A confidential organization is seeking an experienced HR leader to strengthen its people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and HR governance in Saudi Arabia.This is a senior management opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who can translate business priorities into effective people solutions, support organizational growth, and build consistent HR practices across a multi-business environment.The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, guide HR teams, and contribute to workforce planning, leadership development, organizational transformation, and regulatory compliance.We welcome applications from experienced Saudi female HR professionals who are ready to take on a broader strategic leadership role.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of HR strategies that support business priorities, operational effectiveness, and long-term growth.
Partner with senior management to identify organizational needs and translate them into practical people-management solutions.
Guide and develop HR professionals, ensuring effective delivery of HR services and consistent application of policies and procedures.
Oversee talent acquisition strategy, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Drive organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and compensation practices.
Support organizational change, restructuring, culture development, and initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness.
Establish and enhance HR policies, governance frameworks, internal controls, and consistent people practices.
Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi labor regulations, Saudization requirements, GOSI obligations, and relevant government procedures.
Oversee HR administration and coordinate government-related processes through the relevant teams.
Balance business priorities with corporate governance standards while maintaining effective relationships with senior stakeholders.
Use HR insights and workforce data to identify opportunities for improvement and support informed management decisions.
Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a leadership or senior management capacity.
Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law, Saudization requirements, GOSI, and local HR compliance practices.
Demonstrated experience in strategic HR business partnering, workforce planning, organizational development, and talent management.
Experience managing HR activities across multiple business units or within a complex, matrixed organization.
Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and lead HR teams in a changing business environment.
Experience in organizational transformation, restructuring, integration, or business expansion is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of performance management, compensation practices, succession planning, and HR governance.
Excellent communication, leadership, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills.
Fluency in both Arabic and English.
