Description

Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices, including experience in generalist HR roles.
Proficiency in HR Management, including workforce planning, performance management support, and HR operations oversight.
Experience in developing, implementing, and interpreting HR Policies in line with local labor laws and corporate guidelines.
Knowledge of Employee Benefits design and administration, including compensation, leave policies, and welfare programs.
Solid Personnel Management skills, including maintaining accurate employee records and handling employee lifecycle processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or packaging sectors is preferred, ideally within a multinational environment.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across diverse teams.
Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office tools, and the ability to interpret HR data and prepare clear reports.
Fluency in English required; additional regional languages are a plus.
