Description

As our HVAC Senior Estimator, you will play a critical role in the pre-construction phase, leading the estimating efforts for Design-Build and Design-Assist HVAC projects. You’ll work closely with project teams, clients, and engineers to develop accurate budgets, assess constructability, and support the successful closing of projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of experience in HVAC estimating, with a focus on Design-Build and/or Design-Assist projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical codes, and industry standards.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with estimating software and tools (e.g., Trimble, Bluebeam, MS Excel).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
