Position: Senior Maintenance Technician (HVAC Certified) Shift: Available all shifts- Mainly Day Shift Pay: $25–$34 per hour DOE Job Summary: We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician with HVAC certification to support and lead maintenance operations. This hands-on role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial environment. Experience with CMMS systems and knowledge of safety protocols is preferred. Requirements Job Requirements: Required Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred). · At least 5 years of experience in facility maintenance or a similar technical role. · Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. · Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex facility systems independently. · Strong understanding of safety standards, building codes, and regulatory compliance. · Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and take initiative on maintenance tasks. · Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. · Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and management. Desired Qualifications: · Technical certifications (e.g., EPA, CFC, Journeyman, or other relevant certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems). · Experience with facility management software (e.g., CMMS) for work order tracking, reporting, and maintenance scheduling. · Knowledge of energy-efficient practices and sustainable facility operations. Technology Requirements: · Proficiency in maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS) for tracking work orders, maintenance schedules, and reports. · Ability to use diagnostic tools and advanced maintenance equipment. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication.
