Job Description
What You Will Do
Ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance (ITM) for chillers and other monitoring systems as per the scope of services.
Plan, coordinate, and execute day-to-day activities and resources covered under the contract agreement.
Communicate with the back office, team leader, and support departments in a planned manner to ensure timely support.
Provide technical reports, assistance, and recommendations based on field observations and maintenance needs.
Carry out all assigned HVAC-related tasks within the timeline, including monitoring remote systems, reviewing reports, and sharing recommendations.
Prepare materials lists, confirm the availability of materials, spares, consumables, and tools to ensure smooth execution of activities.
Prepare and review performance reports such as Preliminary Failure Analysis and Root Cause Analysis.
Monitor the effectiveness of preventive maintenance (PM) programs and recommend changes as required.
Comply with the quality and performance standards of chiller systems against agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure continuous improvement of services.
How You Will Do It
Be conversant with the company and client QHSE policies and procedures, including emergency handling procedures, and ensure operatives observe and implement them.
Participate in preparation and review of project risk assessments/impact assessments. Ensure operatives are aware of relevant risk assessments and their responsibilities for operating safe systems of work, avoiding unnecessary risks.
Investigate nonconformities and incidents, ensuring corrective/preventive actions are effectively implemented.
Monitor site equipment, plant, and test equipment under your control to ensure they are safe for use, maintained, and inspected as recommended. Arrange necessary repairs, calibration, or replacement of defective equipment.
Ensure suitable protective clothing and safety equipment are available and used appropriately.
Execute projects with attention to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. Liaise with the Company Quality & HSE Manager on all aspects of quality and safety.
Ensure work is carried out as planned and complies with relevant legislation and regulations.
Send reports as per the agreed scope of services for planned and completed works.
