IDEAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably in the fields of either Mechanical, Building Services, or Civil engineering), with a master’s degree or equivalent highly regarded.
• Strong consideration will also be given to candidates holding a Diploma of Engineering, Diploma of Construction, Diploma or Associate Diploma in Plumbing Services, or a Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services.
• At least 10 years’ experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Extensive expertise in engineering principles and a proven track record of proposing design solutions for various client needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of and skills in Engineering & Project Management software/platforms including Revit, AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam and ACONEX.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Recognised as a team player with strong organisational skills and clear communication.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills through meticulous evaluation of various data sources and informed decision-making.
• Exceptional project management abilities, consistently delivering within strict time, cost, and quality parameters while building and leveraging effective relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
