The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior/Principal Hydraulic Modeller to take technical ownership across modelling projects, support clients and stakeholders, and help develop the wider modelling team.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop, calibrate and validate hydraulic models.
• Undertake hydraulic, river and water quality modelling.
• Use modelling outputs for root cause analysis, risk assessment and solution development.
• Support TOTEX solutions and design teams with modelling-led recommendations.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate technical findings.
• Improve modelling processes, specifications and technical standards.
