Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and technical entities to define business requirements Collaborate with IT teams to integrate storage solutions with various systems and applications. Deliver technical support and guidance to address and resolve storage-related issues Provides day-to-day support of the storage infrastructure including storage provisioning, storage reclamation, and zoning activities Manage ticket queues and provide storage services to address customer’s needs Review performance health of servers, storage arrays, and SAN switches Participate in array and SAN switch microcode upgrades Participate in Storage array and SAN switch PLM activities Analyze and remediate security vulnerabilities Maintain detailed documentation of storage configurations, processes, and procedures Participate in an on-call rotation Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT or related field or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in a large complex computing environment 3+ years of experience with Brocade DCX SAN Directors and toolsets 2+ years of experience with Infinidat storage arrays and toolsets 2+ years of experience in analyzing and optimizing storge performance to resolve technical issues 2+ years of experience of storage operational activities (zoning, masking, and mapping) 2+ years of experience with managing a Fiber channel and iSCSI SAN Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of one or more of the following Operating Systems: (VMware, Windows, AIX, and Linux) Good understanding of one or more of the following Operating Systems: (VMware, Windows, AIX, and Linux) Project management skills and the ability to multi-task complex, highly visible efforts concurrently Strong verbal and written communication skills Project management skills and the ability to multi-task complex, highly visible efforts concurrently Strong verbal and written communication skills *All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
