Growing together Primary Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, OS, and application issues Handle escalations from L1 support teams Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets via tools like ServiceNow / Remedy or other ticketing tools Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/Mac systems Manage device lifecycle (build, deploy, patch, retire) Support VDI environments (Citrix, VMware Horizon) if applicable Install, update, and troubleshoot enterprise applications Support SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager / Tanium / Intune Ensure compliance with patching and security policies Assist with Active Directory (user creation, access, group policies) Troubleshoot login/authentication issues Support MFA, VPN, and access-related requests Support tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint Troubleshoot conferencing and meeting room technologies Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
