About the Assignment We are looking for an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Developer to help design, implement, and maintain automated infrastructure using modern IaC practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve scalability, reliability, and security across a primarily Azure-based environment spanning both cloud and on-prem infrastructure. You will work with technologies such as Azure, Ansible, VMware, Linux distributions (RHEL/SUSE), and CI/CD tooling to support a robust and highly available platform. Job Description Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure as code solutions using tools such as Crossplane and Ansible in an Azure-centric setup. Integrate infrastructure provisioning into CI/CD pipelines. Automate deployment, scaling, and lifecycle management of cloud resources. Ensure security and compliance requirements are met in infrastructure configurations. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. Continuously evaluate emerging IaC and cloud practices to improve ways of working. Requirements Proven experience working as an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) developer/engineer. Hands-on experience with Crossplane, Azure, and Ansible. Strong scripting/programming skills in Python and experience with Bash and/or PowerShell. Strong infrastructure domain knowledge across both cloud and on-prem environments. Experience working with Azure as the primary cloud platform. Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience working with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines. Nice to have Knowledge of Golang and/or Java. Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and GitHub Actions. Experience with RHEL and SUSE. Experience with VMware, vRealize, ServiceNow, and Red Hat Automation Platform.
