Piper Companies is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to join an organization in Philadelphia, PA for a remote opportunity. A Senior IAM Engineer will contribute to all engineering and operations of role/entitlement management, identity lifecycle management and account management.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR IAM ENGINEER:

• 7+ years of IT experience (required)
• 5+ years of experience within cybersecurity (required)
• 2+ years of IAM cybersecurity experience (required)
• Expert knowledge of IAM solutions, including IGA, RBAC, AD, key and certificate management, access design and provisioning
• Experience with building systems running 24x7 and how to identify IAM works with EMR systems
• CISSP certification is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree (required)

• Understand and gather business requirements, translate them to technical requirements and design solutions. As well as lead creation of identity architectural patterns and solution design documents.
• Participating in IGA vender selection, gather input to create requirements, act as a lead in development cycle and the overall organization to create long-term operational models.
• Help design customized cybersecurity IDM services, while improving them and the tools over time. As well as defining, developing and implementing meaningful metrics to measure and improve the effectiveness of Cybersecurity IDM.
• Communicate effectively
