• Advanced Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide second and third-line support for IT hardware, software, and business systems, ensuring timely resolution of complex technical issues.
• Business Systems Maintenance: Maintain and support enterprise applications and ERP systems, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with operational requirements. Assist in system upgrades, patch management, and performance optimisation, contributing to the overall reliability of business systems.
• IT Infrastructure & Security: Support network connectivity, server administration, cloud-based infrastructure and data backup tasks while adhering to IT security protocols. Oversee data backups, disaster recovery planning, and system integrity checks.
• User Training & Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and FAQs to support user self-service and knowledge sharing. Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on IT systems and business applications, enhancing user proficiency and confidence.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work with the ICT team to identify automation opportunities and participate in process improvement initiatives. Assist in the research and procurement of IT hardware and software solutions, providing input based on user needs and organisational goals.
• Mentorship: Train and guide junior IT staff, fostering a collaborative work environment while ensuring quality and adherence to established procedures.
