THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As a (Senior) ICT Business Continuity Manager (all genders) you will be responsible for the further development of the ICT Business Continuity Management (ICT BCM) framework, which is part of the wider Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) of Zalando Payments. You will also be building a collaboration and communication bridge between Zalando Payments BCMS and the Zalando Group BCMS. This includes it not limited to the conducting of ICT Business Impact Analysis (BIA), ICT BCM Risk Assessments, and testing exercises as well as BCM reporting.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)..
Lead the further development and continuous improvement of the ICT Business Continuity methodology.
Planning, preparation and execution of BIAs and ICT BCM risk assessments for Zalando Payments
Development and implementation of ICT business continuity plans and ICT response and recovery plans
Conducting business continuity audits and testing of teams within Zalando Payments and ICT third-party service providers
Further development of ICT crisis management processes with Zalando Payments
Maintain and improve existing BCM awareness channels and training
Advising and supporting the individual business units with regard to all ICT business continuity issues
