Your Opportunity We’re excited to welcome a Senior ICT Engineer to our dynamic Building Services team in Auckland. This is more than a role—it’s a chance to lead, innovate, and make a meaningful difference across local and international projects. You’ll work on a diverse portfolio of buildings and infrastructure, from boutique developments to large-scale transformations. You’ll collaborate with passionate professionals across disciplines, contribute to cutting-edge designs, and help shape the digital backbone of the built environment. What You’ll Do Lead ICT design and delivery across multi-disciplinary projects Engage with clients and end users to understand needs and co-create solutions Produce high-quality specifications, reports, schematics, and solution briefs Design and manage systems including: Structured Cabling & Telecoms Distribution Data Networks & Wireless LAN CCTV, Access Control & Surveillance Technologies Audio-Visual & Public Address Systems Control Systems – BMS, SCADA Data Centres, Cloud & Virtualisation Information & Cyber Security You’ll also mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical excellence, and help foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. About You You’re a degree-qualified engineer (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or Telecommunications) with 5+ years’ experience in ICT design for buildings and infrastructure. You bring curiosity, care, and a commitment to quality—and you’re ready to grow in a supportive, values-led environment. You’ll thrive if you have: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience working independently and guiding others A background in design consultancy Familiarity with BIM tools and industry standards A collaborative mindset and stakeholder management skills Bonus skills: Certifications (RCDD, PSP, CCNA, CCNP) Memberships (BISCI, IEEE, CIBSE, Eng.
