  • Experience with OT network management
  • Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms, including but not limited to Microsoft Azure, Windows Servers, Windows 10-11 Desktop, M365

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution through effective ticket management and documentation.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex IT problems while mentoring junior helpdesk staff and promoting knowledge sharing.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure across Corporate and Operational Technology (OT) environments, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
  • Manage user accounts, access controls, and permissions within EntraID and the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver IT solutions aligned with business needs, and report on vendor performance to the ICT Operations Manager.
  • Contribute to IT projects, including system upgrades and implementations, while identifying opportunities for process and service improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring compliance with internal IT policies and information security standards.
  • Foster strong working relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organisation.
