QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or above; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• 5–8+ years of senior IDC design leadership, with multiple large-scale project experiences.
• Recognized authority in IDC design, with holistic understanding across systems.
• Expertise in BIM throughout design, construction, and O&M.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and innovation capabilities.
• Professional senior title or registration required; recognized industry reputation a plus.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Designer or Design Expert, you will be the technical leader driving the planning and execution of large-scale and high-tier IDC projects. You will establish company standards, guide innovation, and represent the firm in high-level technical engagements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead master planning, scheme design, and technical reviews for large-scale and hyperscale IDC campuses.
• Define and optimize company design standards, codes, and workflows.
• Solve critical technical challenges and ensure the highest reliability.
• Drive research in cutting-edge technologies (e.g., liquid cooling, AI energy efficiency, modular prefabrication, renewable energy).
• Oversee and approve all major project design deliverables.
• Engage in high-level client and industry expert discussions.
• Mentor and grow junior and mid-level designers.
• Represent the company in forums and standards development.
• Provide technical support for business strategy and investment planning.
