SENIOR IDENTITY ACCESS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT:

On behalf of our healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Senior Identity Access Management Consultant for a 7 month contract role. This position is a remote position with the primary location being in Toronto, ON, Canada.

SENIOR IDENTITY ACCESS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The project involves upgrading client’s ONEID service to the Oracle 12C Identity Access Management suite. This upgrade is aimed at enhancing the interoperability and security of accessing patient health information. The consultant will contribute to the migration and configuration of the new system to ensure a smooth transition from the existing infrastructure.

SENIOR IDENTITY ACCESS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience as a solution Architect on Oracle Identity Access Management systems, 10G, 11G, and 12C
• Minimum 7 years solution development with 12C OIG, including successful data migration from 10G to 12C
• Minimum 5 years in setting up 11G OIM and 12C OIG in multi-data center configuration
• Over 5 years of experience in tuning Oracle IAM suites for high availability
• Must be associated with a recognized Gold Oracle IAM Partner
• Expert level in Security Assertion Mark-up Language, SMAL 2.0, and OAuth 2.0
• Ability to produce clear and concise documentation

SENIOR IDENTITY ACCESS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience with Oracle and Identity and Access Management Suite Plus and Microsoft Active Directory Suite
• Knowledge of general IAM best practices
• Experience integrating business applications with Oracle IAM and Microsoft Active Directory Suite
• Knowledge of IT security technologies, particularly encryption and authentication technologies
• Experience with Agile development and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development pipelines

• Work with teams in the design and configuration of 12C OIG in a Multi-Data Centre setup for high availability
• Integrate 12C Phase 1 MDC system with the existing 10G ONE ID for user and service transitions
• Create and maintain services/applications in 12C OIG
• Develop the flow for enrollment for each service/application
• Document design, installation, configuration, and integration procedures for all environments
• Collaborate with Applications and Architects teams to resolve cross-domain issues
• Provide weekly updates to team leads and project manager
