Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM CyberArk) Consultant - International client Job Requirements Profile: Senior IAM Consultant. Knowledge required: AGILE, ITSM, Service Now. Studies: Graduate. Languages: English (B2/C1 level required). Minimum experience required: 5 to 7 years. Location: Remote witin the EU. About the Role We are seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant with a strong background in Privileged Access Management (PAM) to lead strategic and operational initiatives within our security landscape. The ideal candidate brings over 6 years of hands-on experience in IAM, including deep expertise in CyberArk (on-premise and cloud), and demonstrates both technical acumen and leadership capabilities. As a Senior IAM Consultant, you will be responsible for leading IAM/PAM assessments, defining strategic roadmaps, and advising clients on architecture, implementation, and best practices—particularly around CyberArk Privilege Cloud. You will engage with technical and business stakeholders to ensure compliance, governance, and operational excellence in access control management. Key Responsibilities: Lead IAM and PAM assessments, define strategy, and develop actionable improvement plans. Advise on IAM/PAM architecture, design, and best practices, with focus on CyberArk Privilege Cloud. Manage daily operations, incident handling, and compliance monitoring for IAM/PAM environments. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align access governance with security standards and SLAs. Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing. Drive automation and optimization initiatives to enhance IAM/PAM efficiency. Prepare and deliver presentations, workshops, and technical documentation for internal and client stakeholders. Participate as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in audits, reviews, and strategic projects. Provide off-hours support as required to ensure system stability and continuity. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM). Proven expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM), ideally with CyberArk (on-prem/cloud). CyberArk certification (preferred but not mandatory). Strong understanding of IAM principles: authentication, authorization, provisioning, RBAC, identity lifecycle, and governance. Experience conducting assessments, defining strategy, and planning improvements in IAM/PAM domains. Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and agile methodologies. Excellent communication and leadership skills to interact with technical and business stakeholders. Fluent in English (B2+ or C1 preferred). Availability for occasional off-hours support. Residing within the European Union (EU). University degree preferred but not mandatory. Rate: 375€-395€/day.
