HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our global security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of our critical IAM solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and the ability to provide expert Business-As-Usual (BAU) support.
This role will be instrumental in leveraging our IAM platform to enhance our security posture, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable efficient business operations across the enterprise.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience: 5+ years in a dedicated IAM role with a proven track record of engineering and supporting enterprise-level solutions.
  • IGA Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience with IGA platforms and concepts, including user lifecycle management, access certifications, and RBAC.
  • PAM Expertise: Demonstrable experience with PAM solutions, including credential vaulting, privileged account onboarding and session management.
  • BAU Support: Proven ability to operate effectively in a BAU support capacity, managing tickets, troubleshooting issues, and interacting with technology vendors and end-users.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of core identity protocols and standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM).
  • Experience with directory services such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and integration tasks.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

THE SKILLS WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE IN YOUR SUITCASE!

  • Hands-on experience with IGA and PAM platforms in cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, etc. for incident and change management.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Relevant industry or Vendor-specific certifications are highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.A strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
