Job Description Manage user and e-banking accounts, access rights, and roles in accordance with defined policies and procedures. Assist in provisioning and deprovisioning access to systems, applications, and resources. Perform regular reviews of user access to ensure compliance with security standards. Respond to and resolve basic identity and access management issues and inquiries in a timely manner, collaborating with other team. Ensures that requests for access rights are processed according to contractual deadlines and in a correct manner. Perform password reset Respond to phone calls from clients, providing assistance and answering inquiries professionally and efficiently. Ensures weekend and holiday standby when required Qualifications Experience or training in a related technical or IT support role. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools. Familiarity with Active Directory, RSA and HID platforms (MFA). Basic knowledge of Azure Entra ID and Microsoft 365 (O365). Methodical, detail-oriented, and able to perform repetitive tasks with precision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially by phone. Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and maintain a professional attitude. Fluent in French (B2 level) and English (B1 level minimum).
