SENIOR CLIENT SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR

  • Gloucester or Droitwich
  • Hybrid – 1-2 days working from home once training complete
    Do you have strong administration experience within a Financial Planning or Wealth Management practice?
    My client, a growing financial planning and wealth management practice is recruiting for an experienced Senior Client Services Administrator to join their business during an exciting period of change. In addition to managing all administrative tasks on behalf of a Financial Planner dealing with a portfolio of high-net worth clients, you will work closely with the Client Services Manager sharing knowledge and ensuring the delivery of excellent client service across the team.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Financial Planners to deliver excellent client service and acting as a point of contact for clients on their behalf
  • Processing all business in line with processes and procedures, collating AML documentation as required
  • Managing workflow and maintaining back-office systems and client records
  • Identifying risks and breaches
  • Monitoring processes and procedures and identifying areas for improvement
  • Assisting in developing processes and procedures to ensure streamlining and efficiencies are in place
  • Coaching team members to enhance skills and competencies
  • Supporting the Client Services Manager in the day to day running of the team

Due to the nature of this Senior Client Services Administrator role, previous experience in a similar financial planning/wealth management environment is required and an associated qualification i.e. CII/CISI/LIBF is desirable.
