Partner with the best The Senior II Business Systems Analyst oversees and enhances enterprise technology applications from an IT perspective, ensuring seamless business integration. Responsibilities include managing requirements, designing solutions, validating configurations, conducting testing, and supporting adoption. This role serves as the primary liaison between business teams and IT, ensuring alignment and efficient system operation. As a Senior II Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for: Leading Oracle Cloud Source-to-Settle initiatives, serving as IT business partner for Oracle Fusion Cloud, managing sourcing, procurement, payments, tax, and reporting. Overseeing end-to-end implementation, gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring Oracle Cloud, validating data migration, ensuring readiness, training, and driving adoption. Facilitating business partnerships, leading functional workshops, coordinating delivery with integrators, vendors, developers, QA teams, and global stakeholders effectively. Driving legal technology transformation, shaping the roadmap, guiding platform design, enabling automation, digitization, AI, analytics, and managing implementations. Driving KPI ownership, governing processes, ensuring value realization, monitoring adoption, supporting global rollouts, and presenting progress and ROI to leadership. Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: 7 to 10 years of experience in IT, Business Systems, or ERP Transformation Demonstrate extensive Source-to-Settle expertise with practical experience working on Oracle Cloud systems. Lead enterprise SaaS implementations with extensive implementation experience. Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder engagement and advanced negotiation abilities. Demonstrate expertise in dynamic transformation initiatives with exceptional analytical capabilities and effective problem-solving proficiency. Demonstrate exceptional ability in communication and producing accurate, clear, and concise documentation for various purposes.
