Our business covers overseas immigration and education, assisted reproductive medical services, and international wealth management.
We are now looking for a Senior Immigration Case Writer in Richmond, BC, Canada.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in English, Law, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of immigration documentation experience, with at least 1 year of hands-on Start-Up Visa (SUV) application experience.
  • Strong English writing skills with the ability to produce professional-level business plans and application packages.
  • Solid understanding of Canadian immigration regulations and procedures.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication and coordination skills, and strong time management abilities.
  • Fluent in both Chinese Mandarin and English.
Responsibilities
  • Independently manage the preparation of application documents for Canadian immigration programs, including Start-Up Visa (SUV) program.
  • Draft and refine high-quality business plans, client application forms, and supporting materials tailored to each client’s profile.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client backgrounds and business projects to develop customized application strategies.
  • Liaise closely with clients, internal consultants, and licensed immigration professionals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all application documents.
  • Monitor project timelines, handle additional document requests, and optimize submission packages when needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with Canadian immigration policies, program updates, and best practices to continuously improve documentation quality.
