JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Immigration Consultant – Sales to join our Dubai-based team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of global immigration processes (Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, etc.), strong consultative sales skills, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals. You will guide clients through the immigration process while driving revenue growth.

• Consultation & Client Handling:
• Provide expert immigration advice tailored to each client’s eligibility and destination requirements.
• Conduct detailed assessments to determine suitable immigration pathways.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa categories, eligibility, and legal requirements.
• Sales & Business Development:
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into clients through consultative selling.
• Proactively follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Upsell additional services such as post-landing support, job search assistance, or study abroad options.
• Documentation & Case Management:
• Coordinate with internal case processing teams to ensure timely submission of client applications.
• Review and ensure the completeness of documentation before submission.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build long-term relationships with clients and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Handle objections and provide solutions for client concerns.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting:
• Stay updated on immigration laws and changes across multiple countries.
• Provide weekly sales reports and client feedback to the management team.
