POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Senior Immigration Processing Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Australian Immigration Law. This role requires in-depth legal knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage cases from initial consultation to visa approval.
The ideal candidate will have excellent proficiency in English, and fluency in English and Tagalog is preferred to better serve our diverse client base. Candidates should also possess strong legal expertise, a deep understanding of Australian immigration processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners currently based in the UAE are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in Australian Immigration Law (preferably with MARA registration or a strong legal background).
  • Strong understanding of visa subclasses, employer sponsorship, and points-based systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in English and Tagalog preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficiency in case management systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Prior work experience in an Australian law firm or registered migration agency.
  • Immediate availability to join in the UAE is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage client cases in line with Australian immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare, review, and lodge visa applications for various Australian immigration categories (Skilled, Employer-Sponsored, Family, etc.).
  • Liaise with clients, employers, and relevant Australian authorities to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Conduct detailed eligibility assessments and provide lawful, strategic advice.
  • Keep up-to-date with legislative and procedural changes in Australian immigration law.
  • Ensure compliance with all documentation, deadlines, and legal requirements.
