Assist customers with detailed questions about our product architecture, configuration, APIs, and data reporting.
Run as a single point of contact for key allocated projects and manage the end-to-end implementation and consultancy of our Solutions.
Develop quality work and customer documentation.
Adopt and enforce delivery governance practices by maintaining accurate and timely project reporting and participating in periodic project reviews & audits.
